Top Mistakes to Avoid when Designing a Flower Garden

If you are looking to create you’re a garden, you might not be able to do it on your own. The first time of any task can be full of mistakes and errors. If well planned and pre constructed set of ideas is implemented, the chance of errors can reduce in number solving troubles cause later on.

Inappropriate Enquiry
Plant labels and search engines may lay incomplete information regarding the local flower and soil profile of a particular area. Information on plant type, soil, fertilizers and other chemical can be taken from the local plant growers. Since they deal with the task for years and have a much wider range of experience of weather, temperature and other aspects, they are the first point of contact before setting up a flower garden.

Negligence in Terms of Availability of Sun
Sunlight is the major necessities of the plant. Plants require mainly sunlight and water for growth of which light is entirely dependent on nature, Hence the amount of light available must be analyzed before planting flowers. Some areas have a high amount of sunlight in the maximum part of the year and hence plants requiring a lot of sunlight can be planted. Others may require less light and may wither in heavy intensity of the light. Hence a balance in the amount of light present and required must be maintained.

Mismatch in Color Combinations
Monochromatic or multicolored, all types of gardens prove to turn out beautiful. The pattern in which various colors of flowers are used is important. A straight row of a particular color followed by another row of complimenting shade will appeal the sunset. With diverse color and shade of flowers, choosing the right combination complimenting the overall look and environment is important. Many a times, lack of proper combination, the garden may look haphazard and ugly negating the beauty.

Too Many Plants in a Given Area
Often the charisma for setting up a flower garden leads to over plantation. This makes the entire area messy with plants and flowers entangling among each other. The beauty of the flower as well as the area is affected. Over bunching takes place. Many a times they overgrow in size, making the area shabby and unorganized.
